Yesterday was a great day for Mannie. The morning ended up being a sow slide to pmps, little bump at the end. I really enjoy blue pmps, which is what he gave me. We ended up with a nice low low blue by +4. YES! For me the nice part about alot of this is that we really aren't seeing a huge amount of dives, the bounces aren't as bad - all is leveling out some. Progress, and that is nice to see. Good job Mannie! cat_pet_icon

I know you will be so distracted by his presence that the guard will be down.... gotcha! stay tuned.... all is well in MannieLand: fuds video foiled, fuds dance before and after camera intact, clean plate club membership intact, feet bathed after he stood in his bowl of fuds :shock: , civvie bowl attempted raid foiled by bean. yep: normalcy in MannieLand. nanner napping in progress, after making sure of course that they were in the proper alignment: today we have a small circle pile, compiled last evening, after they had been civvie scattered. :shock: - he had gone outside, they took advantage. There was retribution......

How exciting with the babysitting DGS and can't wait for the video. Mannie is looking pretty good! Enjoy your first day babysitting with DGS. Thanks for stopping by my condo last night. It was getting late, so I didn't get a chance to visit when returning home.

238 @ +4 - hmmmmm, bet we have a little baby stress here. He wasn't too sure what to make of it all, splitsville when Nicholas was so tired he had a hard time falling asleep, lots of tears. I expect we may have BG's that up a bit today. we shall see. :shock:

Hi Devon - thanks! DGS will be fun - poor Mannie wasn't too sure what to make of the crying - that kid sure has a set of lungs! and yes on the leveling out - it is so nice to see.

Morning Ella - so far so good.... BG up = baby in the house. In time they will get used to each other. Yes on the walk - it will have to be moved to the afternoon. For the first month my DD is working PT, which will give me the afternoons for the walks/hikes. When she is FT, he should be old enough to backpack with me when I go.

Hi Karrie - oh this ought to be fun. Been a few years since I have had to care for a 3 month old. :lol: :lol: I sure hope on the video - foiled again this AM. baby ones I hope too - he is interested, but there is a little adjustment factor going on here. "what is THAT THING?!?!?" says the cat....

Hi Ann - and no problem on the visits. There are days when I just can't get to this stuff.... so far, a good day with the baby. Needs are so basic when they are that little. one just has to understand the cries, and the looks. :roll:

+11 268 ok..... all is back to normal in MannieLand. DGS is home with his mom, I managed to get in my walk, and YAY! Ready for the evening. It was heartwarming to see the big ear to ear smile on that baby's face when he saw his mom's face when she came to pick him up.... Mannie was interesting: checked out the baby, gave him the once over and the decided he was OK, and that was that. We had a small crying jag for a while :roll: . Mannie wasn't too sure he liked all that noise - that got his attention with a "what is THAT? " look. :lol: :lol:

Hi Ann - us humans and the kitties did OK. Mannie didn't seemed to stressed about the whole thing - didn't like one crying session, but not too bad. the rest of the time he slept in his bed. same room, no issues. PHEW! I will have the baby W-FR, so that leaves M or Tu for mid-week hikes. which is OK, between those and the weekend, good to go.

Hi Christie - no doubt there will be once they get used to each other and once Nicholas is more mobile. It ought to be a ton of fun. Mannie decided yellow was theplace to be. Is Willie too? I feel so out of touch today... babies not do allow for board time. :roll:
