Just a thought... When you're at a larger dose, you may want to increase in larger increments (e.g., 0.5 vs. 0.25u) given the size of the shed. If you think about the impact of a 0.25u dose on a cat that's getting 1.5u of insulin, it's proportionally a lot more insulin vs. a 0.25u increase when you're shooting 6.5u.
 
I'm glad to see that Lanky came down from red. Owie! I wonder what is making him bounce so much still? Maybe more insulin would help. It looks like the blue last week was influenced by R, right? So he could probably do fine with either more aggressive Lev increases or more use of R.
 
no suggestions here on these darn high numbers ... just wanted to stop in and say hope you see some nice numbers tomorrow .. it is a new day after all!

Thx Sienne. We don't get much advice given that we are not regular Levemir/Lantus or ACRO patients. Rather, we are in those unknown waters between ACRO & ACRO with SRT treatment. We so appreciate your dialing in & advising as such advise is so rare. Hugs to you & Gabby!
