Good Morning LL. DH here. Marjorie had early meetings today so Mr. Not So Gifted is condo building again this morning. Hoping all katzens and beans are doing well.

WCR: 4 P's in place this morning. She finally bounced last night at +4. She went up about the same amount she had at the same time the night before, so we were hoping she would throw us a nice AMPS like she did yesterday, but not to be. It will be nice to take a short break from pokes and carbs, but we are a little disappointed. Well, today is another day, and we hope she keeps doing well on this dose and comes back down to healing numbers soon. We hope that for all your sugarbabies too.

Morning Mike! Sorry for the pink, but I expect she'll be down soon enough. She had such great day yesterday, alot of green, alot of blues. Awesome stuff! :-D :-D It does seem like Gracie likes this dose. so today she can have a short break from all those pokies.....

and you are getting mighty good at the condo thing. :-D :cool:

Good morning guys! I know we hate to see these pink numbers, but gracie did awesome yesterday! I hope you see some more blues and greens again today .. have a great day guys!

Hi Mike. So she hit pink this morning but at least it's a very pale pink. Not to worry. She'll be come down fast enough knowing her. As long as she feels good that's the main thing. Enjoy your day.

DH here- Thanks everyone for checking in on us. Not much happening yet today, 316 at +2. She is a happy girl this morning, seems surprised I'm just loving on her and not hauling her off somewhere for ear jabbing. I wish on the golf. Got some chores to do, then go around to the stores and try to scrounge up some non-radioactive Wellness, then Gus has a vet appt late PM.

Good luck on the Wellness, most of my small cans were OK. I'm trying to find out if we should be supplementing w/ a little extra B-1 to make up for it.

What a flat pink "curve" - she might be gearing up for something tonight. I hope you got a nap in too amongst all that you had to do today. I hope Gus had a good vetty appt. Good luck with the wellness, I still need to call them....

Hi Mike, I didn't have any luck in finding Wellness anywhere. They removed all the cans from the shelves at both stores - Petco and PetsMart. I didn't get a chance to call Wellness customer service to see when they would be restocking but will do so tomorrow. I found a brand called Blue Wilderness that is 1% carbs at PetsMart. I have not tried it yet!

Hi Ann -I was able to find some Wellness at our local feed store. They actually were smart enough to know which stuff was recalled, and only pulled those cans.

Michelle - Gus did great at the Bad Ladies Office. It was just a follow up with the NRT doc. All is well.

Oh that's great you were able to find the good Wellness. I know it was only certain lots that were affected. Good deal.

Marjorie/Mike I'm glad you were able to find the good stuff at the local store. Mine didn't know about the recall, on the day it was anounced. I hope since then, theyve checked. I only wanted to try some.
My feed store is 25 miles, but if Checks liked one of the flavors it would be worth the trip.

YAY on gus! glad the appt went well then.

Hooray on finding some of the wellness - i'm stuck with Petsmart and petco - those shelves are barren. I am glad that Mannie is not picky - Merrick is filling in...

Good evening dear LL friends. Wow...after reading the condo and what a great job Mike did, I'm feeling I could oh so easily be replaced :lol: :lol: :lol: Man I hate being at TBP when there's so much going on in LL!!! Oh well...boss gone back to LA and it's my weekend.

Little girl got some yellow going tonight so let's hope she keeps it up. She's trying to stay even with Tess and Mannie tonight and we'll see who gets the award for drops!

I talked to WellPet today (makers of Wellness) and they assured me they have plenty of food that they are sending out to stores but Petco told me it would be three weeks before they get theirs....although have to say I've never been a big Petco fan and our PetsMart here doesn't carry Wellness. Thankfully we have two great feed stores so Mike was able to track it down.

Off to spend some time with my honey....he goes back to work early tomorrow.

I'm glad Mike found some Wellness, for Gracie and that Gracie found some yellow numbers! :-D But blue or green would be a nice going away present for daddybean. Have a nice night, too bad you get off and he has to go back to work.
 
Hey Michelle and Ann: yes....Mike and I just seem to pass each other with the schedule he's on. He's just getting up in the morning when I'm leaving because he's been up late with Gracie; I get home, we have dinner, and I have to go to bed. Then Thurs, I get home and he has to go to bed early as he has to be up at 4 am. Sigh....even if Gracie did not have FD, our schedules would be NOT FUN. At least we might be able to go to bed at the same time occasionally!
 
I remember schedules like that - everything was different - we used to wave as we passed in the hall. The kids too - I think we had maybe one night a week where we were able to sit down and have a meal all together. no - it was breffis: sunday morning breffis... providing of course one of the kids didn't have a sport thing they were competing in...

Boy that had to be tough....gee....a whole family dealing with different schedules. Maybe it's time for me to retire!

Actually...I am retiring...to bed!!! Flat yellow so looks like we'll be busy tomorrow!! Ni Ni sleep tight!
