Good Morning,
Well the numbers are better than yesterday. Doing a mini curve today.
Tipper still has pudding like poop, so keeping an eye on that. Tested this AM for ketones and
it was negative. She still is eating dry DM so I'm going out today to look for some low carb
treats or some Bonito flakes to entice her away from the dry. Wish us luck she loves her dry food!!!
I'm taking the food list with me and maybe we'll try some other varieties of food. She did eat 1/2 canFF this
AM though.

Thanks again for all your support,

Patty and Tipper

i've got a civvie that i can't seem to wean from the dry...

but she will consent to eat the Friskies pate...tried all the expensive stuff with her and binks, and they just laughed at me...Friskies is our savior food...

best of luck!

I'd vote for freeze dried chicken treats or the Wellness jerky style treats!

You might want to look into a probiotic for the puddingpoo. FortiFlora is popular and has the added benefit of kitties really liking it and since you mix it into their food, it entices them to eat. I've only found it on-line at either Amazon or PetFood Direct.

Ordered FortiFlora just waiting for it to arrive.
Just took BG +6 -312
Patience is a virtue- I guess!!
Any input to there numbers?

Someone posted a really good article on transitioning cats from dry to wet. She has to eat though, don't assume she'll get hungry enough to eat what you serve - it doesn't work that way with cats.

Post if you need tips on converting. Some cats are very stubborn. He also would not touch the high end food. He did decide on Walmart 3oz cans of Turkey and Giblet. He's very very picky. Purebites chicken is worth its weight in gold in our house. He gets tiny pieces after shots and tests, and I put some in the magic bullet blender to make a dust to top on food when I need him to eat more.
