Remember me? Sorry I've been MIA, my back is still sore but slowly getting better. Tray is doing well, bouncing from his greens last night.

Hi Tray Do Lou is on the pink floor with you I think both you boys need to come on down to the lower levels today ;-) Hope your back gets better soon Iorwen
 
Hi Iorwen. I hope your back is all healed up soon. I can't imagine having to get up to test. I hope Tray is keeping you company if you are still having to lie down.
 
hate those pink Am numbers - but Tray usually comes down nicely so let's hope for a good day (and night!) for you guys today.. hope the back gets better soon, been there in tha past - and it's no fun whatsoever....!

I'm so sorry your back is still hurting, Iorwen, but I'm glad the yoga is helping. Having gone through a ruptured disk, I know how the back pain can make you depressed too. I hope you are keeping your spirtis up too. ((((Iorwen))))

Come down from that pink floor, Tray! We want to see some good numbers.
