Morning! Sorry to see mowgli up on the pink floor .. third kitty up there so far (that I've been able to see) I hope they all decide to come down soon ... try and stay warm and have a great weekend!

Jus me,
changed to Freestyle Lite meter tonite...was sold on the minimal blood required for a test, not to mention you have a bit longer to get blood on the strip...
tested both (on the +3) the one touch and this one, and they were only .2 off each other...
this go round anyway..
I have a friend who has the bayer contour...will try that sometime as well...

righty right..

Hi Keri. Looks like Mowgli will probably see some yellow numbers tonight. Is the actual testing going a bit better? IS he a happier boy for you the last few days? I hope so. Keep warm. Hard to do in this weather.

Doug is AWESOME btw! but you already knew that!! lol
The testing is going better...is REALLY nice when the blood pools and not just run everywhere..

I hope to see some yellows, would be nice.....
Hope things are well with you and yours, and keeping warm as well!!

Am just so happy to be home and not on these roads!

I'm so glad that you were happy with your visit with Doug. He is great that's for sure. Glad I could help you find a vet you can trust and actually feel like you're being heard .

Btw...I dunno if he has been a happier boy, but he is doing more things that he used to do....like waking me up when he is hungry! lol He is sleeping with me again, but still at "chillax" time he is under the bed instead of with me and the civvies...
and yes, THANK YOU for the info on Doug..I really appreciate it...and hope you don't mind if i call ya and catch up every now and again ;-)
