We seem to be continuing a yellow surf from yesterday... aiyee!, but at least it is not a pink one. Watch out, as they say - I do think he is gearing up for some fun stuff. I just hope it is not this morning, as I need to be gone by +6, and won't be back til pmps. So Mannie......... hold the line for a bit, OK? cat_pet_icon

What a lazy day for Mannie - he must be tired from all the romping last night, and civvie chasing, and turf protecting, and hall running, and nanner stash defending... I haven't seen him that rambunctious in some time. He was on the prowl - the poor civvies: they never knew what hit them. :lol: Things are good this morning: 3 p's accounted for. I never know on the LB, short of the days when there are cling-ons or litter stuck to his paws. One of the joys of a multi-cat household and a shared LB. Breffis's consumed, though he ignored the auto feeder (darn it!). His majesty wanted service this morning... :roll: He is at this moment napping on top of the nanners....

Have a great Wednesday all! I am off around +6 to see friends, celebrate one of their birthdays, have a good lunch, and great coffee. Should be fun!

Hi Ann - I am grateful for that - I am amazed that he just knows. we talk, well I talk, about it the night before, what the next day entails, and sure enough 95% of the time I get what I need. it's just so weird... these kitties surely are amazing incredible beings.

well, here it is folks...the fellow we've all been waiting to see in our dive exhibition today...Mannie Manxman. Mannie hails from the PNW...he doesn't really have what you'd think of as a diver's build, but his technique is undeniable. As we're waiting for this fellow to mount the dive platform, let's address the recent excitement mannie experienced: it's true that officials did confiscate some items from Mannie's hotel room yesterday. Statements say they were concerned about a replay of the Michael Phelps scandal, but tests proved that these items were a harmless substance called Nanners...nothing illegal for this guy!

wait...mark...look at the back of Mannie's Speedos...is that a pom pom we're seeing???...

yes it is, bill...one of his signature adornments. Well, he's heading to the ladder...and as always, this colorful fellow throws a wave and a grin to his fans in the stands...who, oddly, all seem to be wearing fur coats...

Hi Deb - wasn't that a hoot? And yes on the too low... I know he's going to head on down, just really hoped he would wait until later in the morning. Guess I will feed this in the hopes of stalling things a bit. We will see where he is at at +5, and then go from there...

p.s. Glad you had a nice visit with friends. DH and I went walking in the woods and over some bogs (on boardwalks) in our local visitors' interpretative center. It was a lovely day, and not too cold.

Hi Ella! Wasn't this condo today fun - I've enjoyed it. humor can be such a cure-all, and put it all in a better perspective. Celi out did herself with Mannie's commentary. Very nice on your walk today - The bogs sound nice. Interpretive centers can have the best of all things. I enjoy them - Have a good one... Snow there yet for you? We've been sunny, but cool: 35 -50 most days. First threat of mtn snow this coming sunday: flake or two they say. oh sure....

75 @ +5.5. perhaps a nice green surf is in progress. he should be at, or close to, nadir. i did not feed this one either. Will do at least one more test in 30 minutes, and then decide on a plan for the rest of the evening.

66 @ +6. fed another small tsp of MC. DH will fed at +7 (LC), and again at his regular +9, which more than likely will be +8.5 tonight.

I am off to NI NI - hopefully I will hear that alarm that I never hear and get up for a test after DH goes to bed.
