Hi All! Wow, and another one of those nights last night for Mannie. He was so intent upon surfing the 60-70 range. It looks like he did long after I put my head on my pillow, through amps this morning. I woke up to a 129. Nice start this morning! He is so good about these constant pokes and tests - just takes it all in stride. Though the last two were met with heavy sighs. I suspect that the 213 @ +1 is a food spike.

Normalcy in Mannieland. Breffis #1, and #2 eaten: #2 with the auto feeder (success!). He made sure I was properly dressed this morning, and didn't miss any steps in my morning put it together routine. Thank goodness someone is making sure, as my brain is in the fog zone still. Interior was briefly patrolled - he was more intent upon taking a few more snoozes on his nanner pile. It's been a good morning for Mannie. Nice and mellow.

Have a great Sunday morning everyone. Off for a morning walk in a bit (Mannie permitting) and maybe a trip to my local coffee haunt. :-D

Mannie, thank you for rescuing me yesterday!!! There were so many strange noises and smell and PEOPLE! It was OK when you came for me, but when I went back I got skeered again. Oh, the market was fun! You are quick on the catching, you got some before they hit the ground. I don't know why those men were upset with you. But you are a good runner too, even with a fish in your mouth! what's for today/ Wanna surf? -- Tess

Hi Michelle & Mannie, We'll be ice skating soon if our weather keeps up (34 degrees with cold rain and drizzle this morning; 4 inches of wet snow on Friday!). Another good nighttime surf for you, Mannie. And another long night for you, Michelle! Enjoy your walk, Michelle, it's so awful here this morning I don't even want to go outside. (This afternoon will be spent at the "movies"--a rebroadcast of the Metropolitan Opera in HD (Wagner's "Das Rheingold") at a local theater. Probably the sun will come out while we're there and then disappear again as soon as we leave!!!)
Have a good one. Mannie, keep up the good numbers and enjoy your surf with the gang. What's this about going fishing at the market???

Great numbers for Mannie this morning. I had to do a double take when I saw that pink number from yesterday. What the heck? Mannie must have been visiting a pink kittie. :lol: I hope you and Mannie have a wonderful Sunday.

197 @ +2. YAY - down some. I wonder what this morning has in store for Mannie. He's so busy napping that I don't think he has even thought about it yet. That fleece feels darn good when it is 38 outside.

Hi Ella - oh what lovely weather you are having! snow already??? and 34? - best get your ice skates ready to go. Enjoy the Wagner! sounds like a great way to spend a cold and wet afternoon. Mannie has been doing well - I am happy that his internal organs seem to be figuring this all out. we have our blips, but then don't they all. He and his buddies took off yesterday and went to the pike place market to the fish market portion - Mannie wanted them to have some fun with those crazy but lovable merchants that are so well known for their theatrics and flying fish. Seems they had fun, weren't booted out, and caught some mighty fine fish. Seems that today his buddies want to go surf. Some place warm I hope.

Hi Ele - I too have no clue where that pink yesterday came from. sometimes he does this - i get this high spike around +9/10. weird....

Thanks everybody for visiting. We are off to a great start. I hope Mannie can get back to the lower blues, maybe even green, we shall see. my walk was nice - cold, but nice. A gorgeous sunny cool day in the PNW.

Tess - hey - the fish market was so fun! i don't get it either. i mean those dudes were throwing those fish ya know so doesn't that mean they need to be caught, right? i was just helping them out. :twisted: I bet that they have never had so many kitties in their stall before. Gracie and muffin were so funny - theirs was so big that they had to carry it together. See you today? Surfing sounds great! Where shall we go? It is so cold here. Yeah I know those days when all you do is poke, test, feed, log the data, report in the condo. And by the time you get a "day off" you are so tired that nothing gets done then either. :lol: :lol: ah heck - it's worth it - we do so love our furbabies. hi Sienne- no he didn't. I am grateful for that - I remember all too well the days when a bounce for him was up into the red zone with a thud on the pink floor. It is nice how things can change.

hi tena - thx. i am on auto pilot alot, and live in a fog most mornings... or so it seems. caffeine helps. :lol: :lol: truly - i dunno. I've been doing it this way - long hours - for years. It does help tremendously to have a kitty that accepts it all, never fuses, ever - and lets me do what i need to do. and thx on the kid - one just never seems to see them enough.

yep - so far a good evening. i wonder what my little charmer has in store... Mannie? quiet night?

Mannie...I loved the spice rub. You know for a Canadian, I really like spicy stuff...guess it's these 4 years living near the southern border!! I'm up for anything tomorrow. Mamabean will be working from home and daddybean is gonna go get me some goodies so I'm free!!

Hi Marjorie! so true on the "anti-shock". blues were nice indeed. I honestly think Mannie surfed those greens well into the night and his amps was just the beginning of the rise. He may just stay yellow tonight - sometimes he does that, stays the day.

I dunno yet what's up for tomorrow... we can see in the morning I guess. oh wait - Tess says she wants to veg and lay in the sun! we need a pool then, or a beach.... I am free all day too. If alls you want to do is lay in the sun, COME HERE...it's supposed to be 80 and sunny and we can just lay around on the chaise lounges...I'll get my beans
to put all the cushions out so it will be warm and comfy out by the pool...we got LOTS of sand in AZ...just no beach :lol:
