Good (Wonderful, Beautiful, Pristine) Morning, Lantus Land!

:-D Looks like Rufus came down and had a lovely green overnight. Mom is still having trouble getting blood - this is because she gets nervous. Thinking about setting her up with some benzos before she tests. Oy.

Going to keep an eye on the Rufus Boy today, just to see what his habit is going to be.

WCR: Rufus is... well, hungry. He hasn't given me much else to work with, since we just woke up, but I'll have more to say later, I'm sure.

I hope everyone enjoys their day as much as I intend to!

Re: 10/03 Rufus AMPS 98 :)

Ah, thanks everyone! This really is a good day.

Oh! And Benzo is short for Benzodiazapine (Valium, Xanax and all their little brothers). We also nicknamed them the "Pams" over here. :-D

Really nice job this morning....You have shaky hands...I have knotted stomach....especially since Curry growls the entire time...no biting but its hard to ignore it though.

Keep up the good work....its paying off for you and Rufus.

Re: 10/03 Rufus AMPS 98, +3 138... hmm.

You know... I saw Rufus licking at Winnie's empty (for the most part) bowl a while back. The dog food isn't suspended in gravy, but I'm sure it's not as healthy as some of the things we've chosen for her. (It's all the old cow will eat these days, lol). I wonder if just licking at bits of leftover food would cause a spike. Well, I suppose we'll see at +7. Maybe our frolic is over. :(

Now, I'm a little bit concerned about J-F's eye, so I'm going to put a little bacitracin on it.

Ok, 106 isn't a bad nadir at all - I keep repeating that to myself as I caffeinate my way out of Nap Mode. It's a great nadir for a diabetic cat, and that's what Rufus is. On we go.
