Breffis is finished, grooming is finished and Shadow is resting quietly. 3 Ps accounted for today so far.... Nudged up his dose this morning. I had miscounted the number of cycles (when I change doses at PMPS time that happens to me.LOL) Yeah, so 9 cycles was enough. See you on the way down F2.50u....Hello again 2.75u
They are about ready to begin with the plans for the fll_moon Party this Thursday. This is the Harvest Moon in September and they are thinking of having a Harvest Moon Ball...if anyone has any ideas, just give them a call anytime!

Hey Shad-O! This is so cool - a harvest moon BALL - a formal affair? I wonder of my black tie stuff still fits... I uhhh... have out one a pound or two.... No matter! We need leaves, like you said. I will brings lots - ours are so pretty - red and orange and yellow and crimson, and even some pink. This will be so cool! See you, call me, and all that. ~~ Mannie

Hey cool Full moon party..did you know Pat...Thursday is also Sept. 23rd and the autumnal equinox "when the tilt of the Earth's axis is inclined neither away from nor towards the Sun, the center of the Sun being in the same plane as the Earth's equator. The term equinox can also be used in a broader sense, meaning the date when such a passage happens. The name "equinox" is derived from the Latin aequus (equal) and nox (night), because around the equinox, the night and day are approximately equally long." It's also the calendular beginning of autumn (in the northern hemisphere ;-) ).

And the date of the autumn equinox determines when the Harvest Moon is:
September Full Corn Moon This full Moon corresponds with the time of harvesting corn. It is also called the Barley Moon, because it is the time to harvest and thresh the ripened barley. The Harvest Moon is the full Moon nearest the autumnal equinox, which can occur in September or October and is bright enough to allow finishing all the harvest chores.

Nice blues last night, I hope the dose crease turns them into greens. Sooooo, close Shadow just a little further and back to BLUE!

Hurry up Shadow, stop waxing the board ad get on the waves! Tell Raja some of my moms bonsai are all red and would be great centerpieces. I'll need help though, maybe Mannie and Binks can stop by with the dune buggy. -- Tess

Hmm, my calendar has the Equinox on Wednesday at 8:08pm. Two parties?

Way cool - full moon party! Pedro's hair is finally begining to grow back in but he may still come dressed in his Poodle outfit - black and white of course.

Looking forward to Harvest Moon Ball!! WE love the Fall---Moonie loves Halloween when the kids come all dressed up & she hides in bedroom & peeks out at them as they come to the door--A kid came dressed like a tuxedo cat, and she was truly amazed-stared at her for a long time!! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Shadow, the leaves for the decorations are supposed to be red and yellow and pink, NOT YOU!!! Give your mom a break or she may move out to live on the ledge permanently!!

The Full Harvest Moon Ball will be great. I'll be wearing my tuxedo (I wear it all the time). So you're getting more juice again. Your mamabean is right, ya know. See you soon. I'll bring lots of autumn leaves on Wednesday (the Equinox) so that the ballroom will look festive on Thursday (Harvest Full Moon).
