Meadow hasn't drank very much water today. She is eating just fine though.

If she is eating wet can maybe she is getting enough with what she sneaks behind your back. Hope all goes well Prayers & Angels coming to your home LOL Kath :mrgreen:

This morning I filled up 2 water bowls to the rim - almost over-flowing. When I got home from work, it was barely below the rim. Usually one is completely empty.

That's a very good sign! If Meadow's water intake is decreasing it's an indication that her levels are coming down. Hopefully, this also means her urine output is reduced as well. Polyruria and polydipsia are symptoms of diabetes and the reduction in intake and output are telling you that the insulin is doing its job.
