Yesterday's Condo

Gabby seems fine this morning so I'm hoping yesterday's GI issues were a glitch or were Gizmo who is also fine. Cats! And Cyn, the labs were run when she was symptomatic.

This morning's number is a surprise. I would have sworn that Gabby's numbers would have stayed in the yellows, which is where she was surfing when I went to sleep. She seems to be dropping for her mornings lately and I'm not complaining, in the least. Her appetite was good this morning and she's busy lounging in her currently favorite box in my study. Time for the second installment of breakfast.

Some nice, easy greens would really set off your eyes though...

Nice, Gabby, Nice! Blue does look so much better on you than yellow....but the greens, well,t hey go purrfectly with your eyes, kwim? Sending green vines to Gabby! Glad that everyone is feeling good today. It's a good day to feel good!

My kitties are being plagued by all kinds of noises. My kitchen sink backed up and our maintenance guys have taken over the kitchen and have to rod out the pipes. Nasty smells, loud, unpleasant noises, all kinds of containers with tools, and strangers. Gabby is clearly feeling pretty good in that she was checking out the boxes with tools and strolled by to check things out from a distance. (Although, at one point, she went under my bed when it was particularly chaotic. Treats enticed her to come out.)

Both Gabby and Gizmo have been getting their snacks in the bathroom. Since they've both been getting some HC, I don't think they really care. I, on the other hand, would like my kitchen back.

Thanks for the tip about DPS--What do you drop the dose to when you go away?? Any suggestions?? Tnaks--Wonderful Job with HER!!!! :mrgreen:

Ah, plumbing noises and smells. Brings back my childhood. I always knew that the plumber had been there when I got home from school because of the smell (plumbing smell + the lingering smell from his cigar).
Send Gabby and Gizmo over to Tray's birthday-cake party. The smells of that cinnamon cake that Stu, Mannie, and Spot are baking are fantastic. You might want to leave your kitchen to the plumber and come over here yourself, Sienne!

Surfer Girl Gabby. Nice day for the "GABBY". Sorry your vacation is disturbed by the inconvenience of a sink problem. Hope they get it cleared soon and you have your kitchen back. Glad Gabby checked out the situation to make sure all was being done properly. Didn't Gizmo help?

The 1.75 seems to have settled in quite nicely, lookit all that purdy green! I'm glad she's feeling bettah. :mrgreen:

I'm holding my breath. What an incredible day for my girl! This is the lowest pre-shot she's had in a year and certainly since I had some clue about what I was doing! I think Jackie is right -- Gabby's liking this dose!

Just for those who know Gabby's propensity to have wild drops, she was getting HC gravy on her LC food early in the cycle in order to manipulate the curve and keep her surfing vs. earning a reduction. Later in the cycle, she was getting about a teaspoon of LC up until +8. She got some gravy with dinner (Part 1).

Interesting way to help prevent the early drop with some gravy. Hmmm, cause Purrcie is doing the same thing. Good idea!

Such great numbers for Gabby today. How about a repeat tomorrow?

Sienne you had it right about taking a deep breath. That was for sure the case yesterday. Not today thank God.
