We had a lovely father's day with my dad, and brought the drooler along to my grandparents house. Good times! Vesta said "thank you very much" because it meant she and Ellie got 5 hours of quality drool-less time together... always a kitty bonus! Gotta say, it was nice being able to go over there during the normal pmps time and not have to stress, or stress HER out by bringing her.
It's so hard not testing obsessively. So hard. It felt great last night to be able to justify an extra one... what with leaving so much before the usual pmps, then getting home after. Did I mention that we bought about 300 test strips off ebay the week before we went on our trial? Fingers crossed (antijinx) but we just might have a nice batch to sell, and some to add to a starter kit for someone. Oh, and we have 3 un-used vials of Lantus, too! Obviously we'll be keeping a bit of all of it for spot checks and just-in-case.... but still. Lots of swag.... :mrgreen:
Stu- Vesta is a sucker for anything tuna.... and cheese! I was snacking on some extra sharp cheddar today, and she totally stole a piece off my plate and took off running with it. That little stinker! Oh, and Maui, I think I'M the one that wants a lawyer.... to sue her for stolen property. I swear...
