Yellow surfin' this morning! Not too bad actually - I hope he has a day of this, and by this evening can get back to the blues. Yesterday was a slow and steady more flattened curve - nice that he put aside his bungees today. I fed his curve, during the first four hours, last night in the hopes of keeping it more even, allowing for hopefully a slow descent. Did the same this morning, with the hopes of reducing a bounce, keeping the curve more controlled. We shall see how successful this is - a yellow start with a 240. Keep it steady Mannie - nice and slow. cat_pet_icon

WCR: Whoa - was he ever ready to get this day rolling... Paws and wet nose in my face at 4AM - boy wanted his breffis, and his test. Too many meows as I tried to wake up, get all ready. He poked his nose outside, made a very quick tour of his domain, came back in as quick as he went out - nasty weather front moving through here today with heavy rains. Already it is pouring... oh goodie. Mannie has gone back to sleep - as all is secure in Mannie-land.

Have a great day today everyone!

Maybe he lost his bungee cord! It sounds like the perfect day to nap. It finally stopped raining here! It rained all weekend and was awful last night.

Surf those yellows this morning Mannie and the just slip into blue this afternoon. Surfboards are much more fun than bungees! \M/

Michelle, we're having rain here today, too, and I would be more than happy to send you some of this 90 degree weather. You can just about bathe outside, it's so humid. I can't believe the cool temps you've had there recently! Is that normal for this time of year?

Mannie-
Wow, you have bungee cords?! That sounds scary. I think maybe you should stick to surfing; you're a good swimmer. I wonder who has a birthday coming up that we could celebrate...Have a good day and remember to make your bean happy; she's the one who feeds you!

Hi Sarah! Hi Heidi!

Sarah - wow! 90? that would be a record for us. We normally average around 60 here this time of year. Of late it's been 50, well below what we should be doing. Seems like we have been stuck in our damp wet soggy spring weather since January. enough already! June here should be 60, sunny days intermixed with some rainy ones. Our heat typically doesn't hit until August: and 90 would be considered a heat wave.

Heidi - glad you survived yesterday - it gets easier in a way, one tends to panic less - if that is possible. I would love a surf today - though i don't think i will get it - he is on the rise, at nadir no less.

Doodles, and Buzz - you guys rock! I have several bungees. my bean keeps hiding them, but I have found her stash. They are fun - sometimes, but lately they have been really scary. I kept flying all over the place, and never knew where i would land. One bean who writes on my beans post said i was a rubber kitty. somehow i don't think that is good... He maybe we three could go surfin' - it would be sooooo kewl! later! ~~ Mannie

and for the serious stuff: 309 @ +6 -- and on the rise. :?

Good evening everyone!

darn - back to pink surfin' here... pmps @ 356, +2 344. Mannie has been on the rise most of the day - perhaps a bit of a bounce from the blues he had late last night? I would have liked him back to the yellows. night is still young - maybe then.

WCR: All in all - he's having a great evening. We had a small break in the rains about 5PM - I let him and all the civvies outside. As wet as it was he still found the grass, still rolled in it, rubbed his whiskers in it, held his face up to catch the winds. One very happy dude. He's been playful this evening: up and down the stairs.

Happy Mannie playing in the wet grass! Hope those numbers go down a bit tomorrow. (maybe tonight). Maybe the rain will stop, even. See you later (depending on Stu's numbers). Spastic typing because I'm practicing on my new I pad!!!!! Interesting that when you type slowly you also think slowly (and write short, idiotic sentences). Time to quit!

hey Ella- an iPad. Like it?  on the slow typing and short sentences. i do that - more like brain freeze though. see - doing it now, and without an iPad. fatigue.....

hi Sienne - yes much flatter that part is good i think. perhaps feeding him this way really is helping. all up front feeding, little back of the house. now if we can just get those numbers down, and hold a nice flatter curve while there. oh pul-lease! and paws crossed.
