Yesterday’s Condo for Oliver
Oliver is doing pretty well; his internal alarm clock has been adjusted to +11.5 because he knows he is getting nothing before then except a pat on the head over the side of the bed..
He is very settled in the morning ritual, knows testing leads to foods, and he sits nicely and waits. I am thinking he is feeling better partly because of knowing the routine and feeling settled in his life and surroundings now. I wonder if he feels more sure because he was taken to another vet place, but he was brought home the same day and showered with attention. I think he's starting to feel like he's home.
He is loving his raw chicken treats, but I should think about additives if he is going to have much raw foods in his diet.
I have started to open separate big cans so that I can keep track of how much this guy is actually eating. Yesterday was just under 2 cans for him and 3/4 for Shadoe. The cans are 396g or just under 14oz. Ugh no wonder they are porkers. Add on the chicken he eats and it's no wonder he is a nice solid boy now.
No pictures today; can't post here due to quota?
Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.
