25! I tested him twice. 2 tsp HC dispensed. No symptoms except excitement because he loves HC.

Edited to add.. I am so tired and have a headache. Spent most tonite crying with my MIL over Callie's passing. Thank god I got up though.

Just did a+20 cos I couldn't wait..47. This is a new HC food and seems to be bringing him up fast. Test again in 30?

Also I am half awake the +4 is more like +4.15. So that 47 is...ugh I can't do math right now. I will test at +5. That's another 25 mins.

Also Tiggy doesn't have a good nadir.. Who knows when he will come up..

If I had to pick a "happens most of the time lately" nadir, I would say "early rather than late".

Tiggy is lying beside me on the floor chirping hopefully for more HC... This has been the week from hell.. Callie's passing followed my company laying off 4% of the workforce including some of my close friends. I have this superstition that things happen in threes, and so was waiting on a third.


Not that this is such a bad thing.. Means another dose decrease which is good. I am just exhausted so not loving the timing,.

Well if he goes up again at +5 and +5.5 then I reckon I will be fine. And I hope he does.. None of this surf **** around 47. I wanna go back to bed ;)

Two things..
First, that last comment gets a big LOL :lol:
And second, I have to say I will never get used to "high dose" kitties. Especially on green preshots :shock:
I have to just pretend that your SS says ".8u" ;-)

Lol. I have gotten used to it. He is usually pretty predictable but the last week (touch wood anti jinx) his numbers have been unusual. Nothing except green blue. (Don't say anything .. Again I don't want a jinx). I am trying not to hope.

Probably will see pinks and yellows tomorrow though now.

I am also wondering if I now know why he came out of remission .. He fell out a few weeks after two things happened.. We got bailey and we changed his food to natural balance LID which turned out to be 13%. I switched the food back and he stayed on the juice anyway. Then the last few weeks bailey has been sick. They used to play fight 4-5times a day and the fights would stay quiet but for half of them Tiggy would be hissy at the end. Then the last few weeks bailey has not been feeling well enough to play fight... Might be a coincidence.

Time for another test. BRB.

Did you feed the 65?
If yes, then 30. Actually 30 either way. I'd be hesitant to wait 60.

Two choices... 60, or carb him up and sleep.
And make DH get up for the next test :-D

Don't expect to see a condo for Tiggy today for a while yet.

That was quite the Pajama Party you had last night.

Hope you can get some naps in today to catch up on your sleep. Take care of yourself Wendy. {{{{{Hugs}}}}}. It's been a rough week for you and now sleep deprivation on top of that does not help.

p.s. I have the day to keep my eyes out on Health a bit more today, unlike the craziness in my schedule this past week. Not working until Sunday.
