IMPORTANT - Cat treat recall

Catswell Brand VitaKitty with Chicken Breast with Flaxseed and Vitamins cat treats have been recalled by the manufacturer, Arthur Dogswell, because of potential contamination with high levels of propylene gylcol. High levels of propylene glycol in the treats could result in serious in serious injury to cats, according to the notice posted by the federal Food and Drug Administration.

Lot numbers: SEW12CH032701/03c and SEW12CH032702/03c with a best before date of 09/10/13 and 09/11/13, respectively (UPC code 8 84244 00057 2). Lot codes can be found on the bottom right backside of the package.

THANK YOU for posting this Lisa!!! I just bought one of those since PetSmart's discontinuing the dog freeze dried chicken treats. KT REALLY DISLIKES them but Nuisance loves them. Luckily I've only given him about a total of 10 little pieces - he seems to be doing OK....

Oh My God!!
I was just about to open these
bought last weekend at petsmart at the same time someone came in to return
a vitakitty treat, the woman at the register told me to not worry as the would have not been
able to scan if they were recalled!!! not happy right now with petsmart!
